Kat Kalashnikov. 5x7 tintypes. Dallmeyer 3B, 5-to-15 seconds (fading outdoor light). I had just pulled my silver bath from my truck (from the Yosemite trip) and it needs a good sunning/cleaning. The first plate shows the dross (love that word). It settled down pretty quickly though, for the follow-up plates.

Ed! These are stunning! The model is of course toned and that helps give the image nice shadows, but yes very nice! And the last one looks very much like one of my projects I'm working on. Great job!

I never could(and probably will never be able to) understand why women (and some men) would WANT/CHOOSE to willingly put metal bits through their "bits"... Ears and nose, ok I can understand those. But the nether/private regions?

Not downplaying the photographs , please don't think I am. Technically they have a "grit" to them I feel fits the subject at hand very well .
Just making an observation on a societal choice amongst some, mostly younger people. I'm 25 btw, so referring to people primarily in my age range at present.
