    Very nice capture. I strongly you not crop the photo. The composition is technically correct and it allows the figure to breathe in the environment.

    Tbeaman, I'll join George in suggesting you leave it as it is. Nothing wrong with the composition: the image is excellent as it is!

    Frank, your images are always interesting. You have a very mature vision in your work. This is not to say I think you are old, fat and bald. Those discussion points are best left to the models who know you far better than I do.

    Having seen these prints in person, I can attest the Vitax looks as great as the Cooke. I was amazed at how similar they were.

    Taken by Mark Sawyer of my daughters. Kodak Portrait on 8x10. Quick contact print, I discovered the RC paper was too old, so there are better (much, much) Fiber Based prints drying. Coming soon.

    first shutter test..gundlach maybe, 5x7 with a 12" caltar @ f22 and a much too small softbox

    I see the Kodak Portrait going up (even more) on eBay in a near future

    Thank you. I had no idea that a 105mm Solinar would cover 4x5. Nice photo too.
