Nielson Frames

What is the best place to buy Nielson Frames?

I used to always buy them from Light Impressions but now they don't make it easy on the web site. I need to place a bulk order soon. In the past, I have tried some online vendors but the frames have come poorly packaged, somewhat dirty, occasional scratches, aluminum shavings, etc. I have also notices that the price of aluminum seems to be chasing gold so I would like to find a place that offers a good bulk discount. I have thought about Frame Destinations which is a sponsor on APUG but have never used them. I appreciate any advice.

I use frame destination all of the time. They are great. I buy frames, pre-cut mats and 8 ply window mats from them. Their shipping is reasonable and the packaging is first rate. No I do not work for them, just love the quality and service and you asked me for my opinion. Great discounts starting at 4 frames.

Another vote for American Frame. They are close to you in Toledo, 800#, web site, great helpful people on the phone. In six years the only time they have not shipped in 24 hours was two weeks before college term end. The Nielson frames look great. The mats are computer and laser cut. Good product, good service, competitive price, hard to beat.

I needed to add mats to a set of twenty that had been up two years. They sent sample mat material so I could select the closest match.

Michael Smith sells them. That is where I purchase all of mine. He sells ArtCare mat board with cutting service as well. Very reasonable
