Best place to go is http://www.cameraeccentric.com/info.html.I think you will want to check the 1951 Goerz catalog.

The 3 5/8 " WA dagor will cover 4x5 stopped down to f45. with 8" max diagonal.

I have this lens, and find mine covers 4x5 quite well even at larger apertures. I have never used much movement with it, but the 8" of coverage seems accurate.
