Hello Dan,

no the speed isn't the problem. Softfocus lenses react very strage on wet plate. There is a lot of glow. The picture lookes a bit "smeared"
Will have to try it on dry plate someday.

I wasn't surprised.
The Waterhouse "square" did not look professionally cut and the Puyo etc marking was a very light impression. Probably genuine, but perhaps "made up" from the stock left over when Darlot gave up the sale.

But the one attached has been for sale for more than a year.. at approx 1400$

apparantly FL about 450mm (don't know whather this holds true)...

Reached £800 and then suddenly "This item is no longer available - listing ended".
Poor show from MW.
So logic and experience says they received an offer they couldn't say no to. Unless they decided to relist saying that it was actually a 3B.
More than £800, though.
