    Long hiatus

I just shot LF for the first time in over a year. I had some left over Quickload film (Velvia 100 and Provia 100F). I can't wait to take the packs and get them developed.

    Re: Long hiatus

One of the factors is the discontinuation of Fuji Quickload and Kodak Readyload. I have a limited supply, and nce my stash is gone, I will have to equip myself with old fashioned holders and learn how to load them properly. When I tried them in the past, I ended with light leaks and/or double exposures. Also, the loss of Polaroid sheets is a problem.

The second factor is the ease of use of DSLRs. I just don't have the luxury any more of devoting lots of time to making pictures. Too many other responsibilities.
