    Recent job

It's been 7 or 8 years since I shot in 4x5. I am so tired of shooting digitally I returned to 4x5 at least ocasionally. Shooting again with LF was so inspirimg and motivating. I had forgotten the pleasure it is to use. LF is good for you because it forces you to see and make final statements instead of sketching away with thousands of clicks with a DSLR. Forces you to look and be sure what you want to say.
This was shot with my old Cambo, 210 6.8 Caltar on Fomapan 100 developed in D-76 1:1, 23C, in Jobo CPE 2, for 8.5 - 9 mins.

Some beautiful things happening at the edges...front swing or darkroom trickery?
I like the clothes, models, and film processing.
Light is great too. Is it a daylight studio?
    Good work!

Awfully nice photos say a lot about your talent and skill that you can make such strong large format photos when you are not using it regularly.

Exceptional, would love to see these larger or even more, as a print. Don't stay away too long again...

LF is more than just a big piece of film.

Great work - the fourth photograph in the first post really stands out as exceptional.

Thanks for the kind words. It is front swing. I used an AlienBees 1600 flashhead with a Chimera softbox. The images are pretty straight from an Epson 4870. A little toning in LR and thats it.

Nice to know, thanks for the information.
    Again, great stuff.
Maybe you should keep the digi on the shelf a little longer
