Flatbed Scanning Service Near Walnut Creek?

Hi, I know a guy who has a 1910 panorama ( around 5"x19") that would like a quality scan, like on an Eversmart Supreme. Yes, it would need to be done in two scans and stitched together. He is in Walnut Creek, and would be willing to go to Sacramento.
Any ideas?

West Coast Imaging is who I originally recommended, but evidently must be to far away. Does Action Photo have a high-end flatbed scanner? Maybe I'll contact them to see what they have.

If it is a print and he is not going to blow it up more than 2X almost any reasonably good scanner can do it. KFry
