Cold Light Head

For what it's worth, this is the response I got back from Aristo/Voltarc/LCD Lighting as of about 2 weeks ago:

Thank you for your note below-



To up date you with the bad news..



– as of July 2009 Voltarc Technologies/Aristo Lighting went out of business. In mid August Light Sources, Inc. acquired the physical assets of Voltarc Technologies/Aristo Lighting.



The crux is that I do not know how much of the Aristo product line they will continue producing. I believe they will re-vive the replacement lamps, but not any of the cold light heads.

This all will not be address until the end first quarter of 2010 and possibly into the second quarter.

Much of this product line is still packed up in trailers waiting their turn to be gone through and evaluated.



At this point I'll hold onto your note and e-mail you when decisions have been made.

Very interesting. I spoke with Louise about a month ago, and she gave me no indication that they might sell lamps from their residual stock.
Thanks for the info, and please let me know if you find that the lamps are available, because that is all I'm interested in.
