Feininger at National Gallery of Canada

I was there to photograph the building, and took a few moments to see some of the work his widow had donated to the Gallery.
I'm a big admirer of his work, but I guess Mrs Feininger kept the really good stuff at home, or maybe MoMA; disappointing.
In any case, if you're in the neighbourhood, the Caravaggio exhibit is definitely worth the price of admission, and you can pop in to see Feininger's rejects while you're there.

Which Feininger? I know of Andreas and Lux, but neither is a Mrs. ...
