...My Dallmeyer 1 A (Serial # 20532) has a focal length of about 6 1/2 at infinity.(it is focused at infinity in the image)....but the attached info suggests otherwise...the cells are all there and correct I'm sure.......the other info regarding flange size is close enough....Jim Galli / Eddie / Goamules chime in......

Are you measuring from the waterhouse slot?
Or is one of the rear lenses the wrong way round?
measurement is from the rear cell....
Their numbering system changes slightly over the years. Look for an earlier ad and you may discover they were shorter focal length. I've seen it happen with the "D" models anyway.
