Try Citizens Photo in Portland, not Washington but close enough. Panda does not do 4X5 color, much less 8X10. Panda does do great 35mm and 120. Last time I checked Citizens does 8X10.

I don't know of one since Ivey closed down. I do 8X10 E6 and C41 myself with a JOBO. Where in Washington are you located?

I would second the advice of Citizens photo in Portland. They maybe the only dip and dunk lab in the Portland Metro area. Sadly, they don't do B&W 8x10.
D&D's are going to be harder and harder to fine and one day there will be a few in any region of the country. That's why I keep my Jobo in good shape!

I stopped by Citizens Photo yesterday and saw the large lab facility that they have going on, both for film and digital. The seem to be moving more towards the back end of photography and not so much camera sales.

I was very excited to see they do colour film processing up to 8x10.

I've been going to Citizens Photo for 15 years. I recommend them highly. I asked them how they survived the seeming demise of film as a mass medium, and they said that they never bought a large processor. They can run small batches and still make money. They also do excellent work.
