The right image looks like an image from an old Walt Disney master animal trainer guide...

I used that guide to train un-trainable Beagles, where the thumb along side the nose with gentle pressure activated a nerve, and when applied properly with a firm "No..." immediately after they are caught doing something they should not be doing, generated a long term memory cell. I have not seen that training technique for several years. I wish that I could apply this technique to a few fourteen-year kids in the neighbourhood.

My daughter's golden retreiver Harley. He is letting me look after him while Emily is away studying to be a vet. Great dog - big heart. Badly injured when he was just 1 year old and nursed back to health by Emily. Rittreck view 5X7 12 inch red dot Artar. HP5.

Is Aggie a Border Terrier?

Aggie is a pound rescue, so we don't know her early history. She has alot of Dalmation but with wire hair. At about 40lbs she is quite a bit bigger that a Border Terrier, but smaller than a Dalmation. Oh, and her eyes don't match.

At 40lbs Aggie is definately not a border, but she sure looks like my Barney.
I have two of them and they both give you that sad look over any issue.
