I also have a technical question I have never used the Fuji instant film will it fit in the old polaroid holders or do you have to use their holder?
Thanks again for the comment. Much appreciated.

The Fuji FP-100C pack film fits in the old Polaroid 405 pack film holder just fine. Fuji makes a holder--PA-145--but these are far less common than the Polaroid 405 holders. I much prefer the old Polaroid film to the newer Fuji film, but with expired Polaroid film prices going through the roof and the Fuji being available for around $7.50 a pack on Amazon, the writing is on the wall. I am still learning to work with the Fuji product. It does give you the option of bleaching the black mask off the back of the negative for a more textured and desaturated image, but this has been hit or miss for me. The bleached negative is only suitable for scanning as it requires significant adjustments in Photoshop to produce a viable image.

Thanks for the info Jonathan. I used to love polaroid type 55 P/N, instant gratification plus a perfectly exposed negative for the cost of an extra sheet. It also had an excellent tonal quality to the print.

It feels like I could walk right out on that lawn. In many ways a very normal looking place, and that makes it all the more remarkable that you took the time to photograph it.

Thank you Jonathan I actually photograph this sort of thing more than grand landscapes, mostly for my own amusement.
