Basically its a study of very expensive urban developments built during the Irish property boom that are empty during the recession. In contrast to the rural 'Ghost Estate' phenomenon where the houses are in rapid decay these developments are too valuable to neglect and are kept in a state of suspended animation, devoid of people.
