    iPod and LF Forum

More and more, I check this forum with my iPod. The problem I have is that after I select a thread, I have to resize so I can read the thread and then if I go to another thread, I have to do it again. I'm wondering if this is the way the iPod is or is there a way to make LF Forum more friendly towards iPods. Also, is there a way to make the line width of LF forum the same as the iPod width so that I don't have to scan back and forth?

    Thanks.

Don't get me started on trying to read something on a cell-phone/iPod

My iPod is still unsold in the store. As Richard says - I went half blind trying to read it.

I won an iPod shuffle at work and haven't figured out what to do with the thing. I don't listen to that much music.

Wow! I didn't know that the LF Forum was on Books On Tape, nor that it had been converted to MP3 for the iPod.

Gee, I must really be behind the times.

Diane, my wife got an iPod, and I'll be darned if I could figure it out! So, you're not alone!

I don't have too much of a problem with the 'Forum on my iPhone. I do, however, use it in panoramic, not portrait, mode.

Does the iPod have this function?

Yes, Lachlan, it does pan mode. It is better, but you know as you change pages, you are having to zoom for each page. You have probably noticed also that some websites have a way to detect iPods or iPhones and to output in an appropriate format.

I'm using the Touch version of the iPod.

Now, wait a second! You folks mean to tell me that you can routinely figure out filter factors, bellows factor, N-, N+ exposure/development, reciprocity failure tables, 1/4 f/stops, compose with the image upside down, etc. BUT not how to use an iPod? Heaven's-to mergatroy! It can't be! Exit, stage right.

Or at the very least, why not simply ask the kids?
