    Also, the G-Claron has great blur rendition. isn't it a Dialyte design ? Those symmetrical designs really do nicely in that regard.
    Ken, thanks. Yes, the 150mm G-Claron has a pleasing blur – even creamy in this case.

    I must admit, I don’t shoot many LF close-ups, and in this shot, wasn’t paying any attention to the background, or how the lens might render it.

    I was just using all my concentration to stop the breeze from blowing & the leaf from twirling.

    Then – a lucky moment!

    I have no idea what kinds of trees these are from, there are at least two species represented... Ebony SV45ti, Fuijinon A 240mm, Velvia 100

    I am in awe of the pictures - or rather the digitally manipulated, non-photographic, dishonest representations of photographs - on my computer screen. (somewhat less awe...)

    Easiest shot I ever did. Just leaned the camera out the back door and there they were on the deck.
