Fuji Brings 4x5 B&W Instant Film to US

I just logged onto the Fuji website to check the exposure compensation for Velvia 100F (I have 31 expired but refrigerated QL sheets in the fridge and have decided to use them) and saw: "FUJIFILM BRINGS FP-100B 4X5 BLACK AND WHITE INSTANT FILM TO US MARKET" http://www.fujifilmusa.com/press/new...?newsID=879791

There is a niche for this film but not for Acros Quickloads? Hmmmmmmm.

Some of the high end wedding photographers who are using film to define their market niche are shooting instant film and building tiny take away albums for the couple and the family. The hook is that they are one of a kind shots, and they get them while the rest of the stuff is out for processing.

    YAHOO!!
Next wedding I shoot, I'm taking the Crown Graphic!
The tough part is selling the add-on.

With the greatest respect to you and Kirk Gittings, I suspect that there are a lot of people in the North American market who are a good deal more interested in this than in Acros Quickloads; and in any event, something is better than nothing.

Thanks tgtaylor for the heads up, and brian for the street price, this will be part of an order for film that I'll be making tomorrow.
