    DPI Scanning

    Hi everyone,
I own a HP Scanjet 3570c (I know it is not new) and I use VueScan software. There's something I dont' understand. According to the HP documentation, my scanner is suppose to be able to do 1200 dpi x 1200 dpi for optical resolution. In VueScan if I choose 300 dpi for the scan resolution everything works fine, but if I choose 600 dpi or higher I don't see anything on the screen. Can someone help me with this.
    Thank you

    Re: DPI Scanning

Is that scanner on the official VueScan list of "supported scanners" ?

    See http://www.hamrick.com/vuescan/vuescan.htm#hp

I see 2 close matches, not not an exact match.

You might want to contact VueScan directly.
