what enlarger is this

4x5" Laborator 1200 with CLS450 head. Looks as if there were a extra condenser box on it, and the film holder may be missing a part or two, but YMMV, Durst made a lot of different configurations.

i thought it was a da900 6x9 enlarger with a 5x4 colour head on top

The DA900 used the L900 base? Might well be, then - the column looks short for a 1200.

Looks like a DA900 to me as well, I have the CLS450 head on a Laborator CE1000 colour specialist enlarger.

i owned a da900 in new zealand and evenb i looked past the chassis and just saw the 4x5 head.

funny beast the fa900 huge and heavy for a small format enlarger.

oh well i will just keep on using my 138s (condeser) for a while ,longer. lovely beast if you can handle the lack of speed on pulled film
