    'Moodswings' Triptych made up of 3 x whole plate collodion on aluminum images. Shot with a Kodak 2D and Darlot magic lantern lens.

    Efke PL 100 M, Century Graphic. 1/2 second at f/4.5. Tinted in Photoshop.

    What's alternative about this? I developed it with Caffeinol in the prop closet of my video production classroom at school. Eyeballed the portions of ingredients, used my cell phone timer for a nine-minute development, water stop, then used borrowed fixer. Had the door opened on me twice, hence the large burned-out spot.

    The scratches and dust are no doubt from the 'tray processing' in a Tupperware container.

    Double coated cyanotype contact print on Arches Platine. negative is tmy2 shot in my B&J 8x10 with 4x5 back using a Kodak 305 portrait lens wide open. Looks nicer in blue than silver!
