You forgot duplicating film and lith film for enlarging. Both APUG acceptable methods of enlarging. Before digital anything, that's the way it had to be done! With lith, you have to make a positive, then a negative, but, you still get great results.
So:
4)Large format in-camera negative and use of duplicating film for enlarging further.

AND:
5a)Large format in-camera digital back exposure enlarged onto any film you like with a Durst digital enlarger.
Where do half tone service bureau negatives fit? I guess #2, but several others, also.

Thanks for the support Jim. I'm addicted to the Acetone fragrance.BTW I did figured it out why the 20x24 tissue is not bonded to the support because .007mm Mylar is to thick.

Thanks Vaughn. There is a lot of work with Carbon Print but it's rewarding . It's nice to pull off a big print. The mechanical work is pretty exiting. Thanks to Jim with much help for this process. Have a great one.
