I really like the way you concentrate the emulsion around the figure and then fade out towards the edges with all those swirls.
I cannot imagine what your success to failure rate is but these two are fabulous.
For what its worth, I particularly like the first one - the centre to edge transition seems to be more progressive

Thank you very much, Dennis. It's a hell of a hike up to the trestle with all that heavy gear... and then scrambling over to a narrow outcrop with vertical drop to my left, right, and front.. it was so narrow, that I had to use a mirror in order to set the aperture on the lens. My knees were knocking and I think I lost 10 pounds from sweating!
