    Film Suppliers/Labs in Japan

Could anyone recommend any professional film suppliers (Quickload colour neg) and processing labs in Japan? I'd prefer to buy and process films there, if possible, rather than having to carry a month's supply from home.

I'm planning to be in Tokyo some of the time, but will also be travelling from Hokkaido to Kyushu.

    Any suggestions gratefully received! Thanks,

There is a shop in Tokyo that has photos on the internet of huge coolers (supermarket produce type coolers) filled with Fuji and Kodak color film. GOOGLE knows and I have seen links on forums like this. The name eludes me now. Surely someone here knows.

If you find that shop I know they will help you get the film processed. Also, Dirk of the old Megaperls online film sales will know as well.

In Tokyo and Osaka: Yoodobashi Camera. They are huge, really HUGE stores.
In Hokkaido (Sapporo and Asahikawa) there is the Photo no Sakuraya (no = from) chain also.

A trip to Yoodobashi Camera is a must ( in terms of film supplier)

If you are going to Kyushu, you will most likely stop in Fukuoka City. Bic Camera has film including large format. Their film section is actually in another building, a few blocks away... for some strange reason. I'll be there this Saturday 'til mid August. Maybe I'll se you there...
