Need help with mounting my enlarger lens

I bought a Super Chromega E last September. I want to use it for 5x7 negs, but it came with a 150mm lens. I found a 210 Componon (non-S) on ebay cheap so I bought it. I then realized I needed a larger mounting cone than the one I have for the 150mm lens. Plus a lens disc and flange. I had no idea what I was getting into. So I found a place that could manufacture these 3 items for me. I'm still waiting, and am doubtful it'll ever happen. I found the cone at B&H, but by special order only (pay now, no refunds). They don't have a lens disc large enough, but they have a blank one (also special order) I could get a machinist to cut for me. They have no flanges at all, and I can't find one anywhere. A post on here, and careful measuring with a ruler (I don't have calipers) determined that my lens has a 60mm thread. I'm wondering if I could get a 60 to 67mm stepping ring used for filters and use that as my flange/retaining ring. Any input would be *much* appreciated on how I might get this to work. I've been staring at this thing for 6 months and really want to use it, but I'm in a little over my head and parts are as rare as an honest politician.

Yes the stepping rings work and if you find one that fits your lens then get another and use it as a lock nut.

I have some ideas but I would like some additional info.
Your existing cone is too short so you need the 421-174 6-1/8" Cone right?
The lens plate for that cone and your lens is discontinued (421-024 For 210mm Componon-S) right?
An un-drilled lens plate is available (421-000 Flat Blank Lens Disc)?
You have no retaining ring for the lens?

What I would do is buy the 421-174 cone and blank disk. Send the disk and lens to SK Grimes. They did some work for me, so just a guess at the price, but perhaps $20 for the hole in the disk and $60 to machine a retaining ring.

This isn’t what you are asking, but have you tried using the 150mm for 5x7? If it has the coverage, which it probably does, it will work. I make some fairly large prints and normally use a 180mm but my 150mm Nikkor and my 135mm both cover the 5x7 format when I need them.

No, that's not my lens- it's "non-S". That's the cone I need though. Good idea on SK Grimes- Thanks.

The 150 doesn't cover 5x7- too much vingetting. Minimum would be 180. Rodagon or Componon-S. Both $$$- If I could find a cheap one I'd cut my losses, sell my 210 and get the pre-fabbed disc, ring and cone.
