If you search here using "Portland" you'll find quite a lot of information about other Portland area LF photographers and the Portland Photography Forum or whatever exactly they call it. I'm too far away to attend their meetings but it's always sounded like a great group of many LF photographers.

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you do criticize them you'll be
a mile away and you'll have their shoes.
My friend, George Van Meter, lives up that way... tell him Rich Coda sent you.

Hi Gary,
You couldn't live in a better area to be a LF photographer. You should plan on coming to the 2nd PNW Photographers annual meeting. This year it will be at UW Vancouver, on the second weekend in September (9/12-13). There are a lot of big camera photographers in the group, most working with film in at least one step of their favorite print process.
Contact Robert Brummitt for more information.
Hope to meet you in September.
Brian, I think it would be worth the drive for you, too. (I'm coming from Newport.) The meeting last year was great.
Denise
