Here is one i shot today, pretty close to the edge of about a 30ft drop off benton falls located in eastern tenn, shot with a burke and james 5x7 field camera, 121 super angulon.

yeah---usually I don't like the blurred water shots, but this is pretty pleasing to me somehow
I'm starting to think that "first shots" are usually the best shots---these are the shots that people, I think, see and THEN get all the LF equipment to make the shot---so there's like a LONG time planning it....and probably shot with the smaller stuff a bajillion times....I know some of my "first shots" are, to me, amazingly good....then I think that they were literally YEARS in the making, you know?
