I did not want to hijack a thread about double exposure (http://www.largeformatphotography.in...ad.php?t=45503), so I started another one.

I know the multiple pop technique when shooting still life. In it the aperture remains constant, and the exposure builds up from several strobe flashes. But what will happen if the aperture was changed between pops (with strobe output adjustment so that there is no overexposure)?

Lets say the first one was at f8 and the second was at f32. The DOF changes. The areas that were out of focus in the first exposure are now sharp. What will the photo look like? Does the order of apertures matter (small aperture first or last)? Does anyone have an example of such photos to share?

Just wondering....
