    I'm introducing myself.

    Hi!

I'm Erik, a 24 year old photographystudent. I'm working with a Nikon D700 and Bronica SQ-ai now but I'm really really looking forward to trying something bigger. Especially tilting is something I'd really like to play with. Both for landscapes and documentary work.
Untill the funds are actually there, I'll be lurking around here to watch and learn.

Get a inexpensive Crown or Speed Graphic to start. Just an idea.
When I grow up, I want to be a photographer.

Welcome aboard! If movements are what you're after, an old (cheap) monorail is worth considering. Crowns and speeders are lots of fun handheld

    welcome Erik,
the articles on the main page were a big help when I started, that will give you an idea on the techniques involved in LF.

I second John Kasaian advice on getting an affordable monorail, there are plenty out there and if you can get a whole outfit you will save some $.
