Cambo 8 x 10 in backpack?????

G'day,
I'm trying to fit my Cambo 8 x 10 into a backpack. I have managed to make a small rail for landscapes and storage. the overall is 500mm wide 550mm high and 230mm thick. Any suggestions??

I'd be inclined to take it appart into rail, 2 standards, and bellows, wrap them in protective cloth (fancy name for a towel) and stuff 'em in! Takes less time to break down a Cambo than it does to write this!
