Hi,
Very new to this forum and large format photography but I was lucky enough to pick up a pristine Polaroid 110b. Does anyone convert these to take Polaroid type 55 film and similar in the UK? Would be nice to use double darkslides too if possible.
I know Razzle is a possibility but would prefer not to ship to the other side of the world (much as I love his work and youtube videos).

Well since Type-55 is no longer produced, I guess you mean full-frame 5x4?
I don't think anyone in the UK does it. Mine's a Razzle, I was happy to pay all the shipping and customs charges to get the genuine article, especially as his reputation is good.
I second to that. I just got my green 900 with a fujinon 150/5.6. Probably the prettiest camera in the galaxy.

There are many resources, it is common knowledge that Polaroid isn't any longer producing instant films.
Type55 is full frame, yes. What you are after is a camera that accepts standard 5x4 DDS (double dark slide film holders, that take 'regular' 5x4 film)
You can get a shiny new Polaroid 110B conversion right not on eBay.

I would not bother with anything other than a Razzle in this area, I'm on my second one and fully expect to be ordering more.
