    Jan. portraits

    happy new year everyone.

lets see some new year portraits! these are from this morning.

the 3/4 photos is a 5X7 ON BLACK ALUMINUM. 10 inch whole plate RR shot wide open. Moe sitting very still in 10 degree F temps for ten seconds....maybe she is frozen.....

the head shot is the same lens on 8x10. i had some issues pouring the developer on....i tried whipping it but that did not help! just posted it for fun.

The only portraits I have shot so far in Jan. 2009 was a wedding today that I had one day's notice to do (my niece). I'll take the film to be developed tomorrow. I'm exhausted.

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you do criticize them you'll be
a mile away and you'll have their shoes.

    Dany,

I love it. I also love that you took the time to capture in large format. Very nicely done!
