    BradS,

I was referring to the older, smaller f6.3 Fujinon 150 W, not the f5.6 Fujinon W or the latest f5.6 CM-W series. Those lenses have larger front elements and won't fold into a Speed Graphic.

You don't often see the f6.3 150 W come up for sale. I was surprised to see one listed on the KEH website. It's an oldie , but goodie. A few years ago,Kerry wrote an article about Fuji lenses, for View Camera magazine, where he highly recommends this lens.

"You don't often see the f6.3 150 W come up for sale." Damn right you don't, that is because it is clutched in my hands until..... (and everybody else that owns one). The (WS) one on Kerry's table is mine. A 150 mm G-claron will fold into a speeder too along with any number of xenar and zeiss tessars. I would guess a 6 inch dagor would fit too but haven't actually tried it. K

I have a Fujinon 150/6.3 for sale. A very nice one. See the FS ads. Price is a bit flexible.

If you are looking for a small 150, you might also want to consider a modern 150mm f5.6, schneider Xenar lens. The lens should be less expensive than your typical 150mm plasmat, but they are less common on the used market. Kerry's excellent web site goes into some detail about the lens.

    Nick,

Your 150 W in a Seiko shutter, is it an f6.3, or an f5.6?

If it's an f6.3, it's the, smaller 150W lens that I was referring to. The f5.6 150W (and NW) series, although still quite small, are slightly larger than the f6.3.

The latest f5.6 135 CM-W, and f5.6 150 CM-W lenses, use 67mm filters. It seems that Fuji standardized on 67mm screw-in filters. By flaring their front lens barrels out to that size, they have eliminated the need to use step-up rings. However, those lenses are too large to fold into a Speed Graphic camera.

I have a Fujinon 150 W 5.6 that I would consider trading for your Fujinon 210. If you are interested send me a couple of photos of your 210 and I will send you photos of my 150.
    Thanks,
    Doug Webb
