I was looking into getting a super wide angle lens for my 4x5. Any advice on the best wide angles? Also are there any lens that do circles on 4x5? Any help on the topic would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to "do circles," you'll need a lens that won't cover 4x5, maybe like a 6x7 or 6x9 lens.

The Schneider Kreuznach Super Angulon 47mm XL is about as wide as it gets on 4x5.
See the lens chart for modern lenses that cover 4x5:

The super wides are: 47 SA XL, 55 grandagon, 58 SA XL.
44/5.6 Super Aviogon. As far as I know it can't be put in shutter, but at least one has had a 4x5 Speed Graphic attached to it.
Bryan, what do you want to accomplish?
I suspect by "do circles" he means "fish eye" and I don't remember the answer.
The Zeiss 30mm fisheye (for Rollei and Hassy) covers the full 6x6cm frame and its full-circle image would probably be just what you were looking for to use on 4x5in.
wowww... that distagon is even wider than my SWC!
One of those Soviet fisheyes would give you a great effect.
How about a 38mm SAXL? Spec'd at 137 mm image circle, the corners would be clipped a bit, but there is nothing important in corners anyway.
