Need to undo "Mark Forums Read"

Meant to log out and inadvertently hit the Mark Forums Read in my sloppiness. Ever since then I keep seeing the following message at times. How can I undo whatever happened? I'm still learning to navigate the forum.

Message: The threads below have not been updated since your last visit or since forums have been marked read.

You can't undo it as far as I know. Just ignore that message you mentioned. For what it is worth, I hit Mark Forums Read everytime I leave the website.
