    Rollex backs

Hi! I've been using Super Rollex backs and just got my first Rollex because it was a lot cheaper. I was surprised to find that it did not automatically set th e counter to zero when the back is opened and that the only way to set it to zer o is by turning the winder until it reaches that point. Have I not found the se cret to zeroing it out? Thanks.

    Rollex backs

    Artie,

You did it correctly. For Linhof Rollex 6x6, 6x7, and 6x9 backs (in both 2x3 and 4x5 formats and in both black and tan colors), you set the counter to zero manually. This is my experience. Cheers,
