    great photo Randy!

    hand coloring is sure a lot of fun. it has also been helping "see" better when i have been out shooting. it is just another way that helps me improve my photography. i have been getting great results in many of the venues i have been displaying the work. i ma beginning to think i may be on to something! i have had a couple people interested in buying a few prints......lets hope it pans out!

    Peter, you are the second person to ask about an article. i will write something up in the next few days.

    two more i just printed.

    VDB 8x10 shot with my 11 1/2 inch verito at about f11. the more colored one is toned in selenium.

    I'm not all that into the hand-colored look, but here is the one ambrotype that I added some color to:



    Mark Osterman is a master at this technique.
