Better Scanning of Scanscience

Does anyone have experience with BOTH wet mounting on the betterscanning mount AND using the scanscience mount? If so which do you prefer and why?

Failing that, can anyone fill in the details on use of the scanscience, as the website is a bit lacking and I'm already up to speed on the betterscanning mount.
