    Moving Water

    Back in April, Scott Kathe initiation a thread titled “Exposure for white turbulent water”. I found moving water a fascinating subject.

    Samples of member’s works would make an interesting thread. Here is my attempt.

    Elakala Falls, within Blackwater Falls State Park, West Virginia:



    I've always been torn between trying to get crisp water detail versus the "cotton candy" look of longish LF exposure times. I'd love to experiment with large, battery-powered strobes, varying the ratio of flash to ambient light contribution to the exposure, but there aren't too many waterfalls around Rio Rancho.
