    It's a well executed shot, but sometimes correcting for vertical convergence can look a bit unnatural...

    Santa Barbara Courthouse / 4th of July

    messing around with my B&J 8x10 and 250 WFE

    the layout of the courthouse is such that you can only get it w/o deep shadows on overcast early mornings

    next time I'll use a red filter or something

    Norman McGrath (I think..) comments in one of his books that correcting verticals to a "theory-perfect" level often results in a slightly wrong effect in the image, and that,backing off slightly yields more pleasing results.
