    Mesmerizing image... I'm feeling... dizzy... um... I think I'm visually... stoned... or something.

    supernice shot David! Ive planned to check this guy too!
    /// just one thing if you dont mind, personally Im missing the perfect verticals from such a clear geometric compositon (even in post, why not?)

    Thanks for the kind comments.

    Laron - hi - I did take some care in the setup of the camera; where do you see the problem, and what would you do to correct it? I'm always a bit reluctant to use front rise, in case I run out of usable image circle.

    By the way, if you have time to visit this small church (more a chapel), I'd really recommend it. The acoustics are remarkable. Some of the other architecture nearby is also interesting - we spent an afternoon at the Madonna del Sasso cathedral in Locarno, watching some of the restoration taking place.

    Here's one of the entrance to the Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista;

    The walls of the church are curved, which makes following straight lines a bit tricky, but hopefully this one is OK?

    wow, this is a really cool chapel indeed! great capture again. definetely I have to visit the whole area!
    for me now the verticals looks good too

    concerning how I would do the previous, IMHO in case you run out of circle, you still have plenty of resolution (as were talking about LF) to fix in photoshop by simply correcting the perspective (under: filter/distort/lens correction, then vertical correction) but you can do in lightroom as well (i do there, almost always for even as low as 0.2-0.5° to be accurate). sure there will be some detail loss due to interpolation etc.etc, but the gain is bigger i think...
    also I dont have real experience but I would think the 75mm grandagon should have more than enough space for such angles no? at least its very similar to my 75 schneider, which I found enough for more extreme situations...

    Ran out of image circle and had some undeveloped spots for some reason.
