poured my 1st 11x14 glass plate today.

the 1st one i did not pour on enough collodion. i got it right on the second. these plates have a piece of black matte board behind them...making them positives.

the camera in the photo is my century studio camera on a 1A stand supporting an 8x10 petzval.

i also shot one for printing on paper. i will print it later.

19 inch no name brass rapid rectilinear.

ps. sorry for the glare... had to shoot them with my digital.

Hello Ed,,, is that a wet plate back and did it come with the camera? I guessing thats what the Petzval designates?
