Friends, I want to pick up this book. The 2nd ed ('97?) can be had for around $13 while the 3rd is around 4-5x that. Differences? (Does he teach the secret LF handshake in the 3rd?). Thanks. David

I know him and know he puts allot of time in those revisions. I do not know any specifics.
