    flatbed cleaning

i'm oilmounting on the iqsmart 3, in the manual it recommends cleaning the baseglass with house hold glasscleaner, that contais no WAX or AMMONIA.

would regular filmcleaner do the job? any recommendations?

    thanks

If the glass is glass, then it probably would do fine. If the glass is actually an acrylic, then it will likely damage it as it would a drum scanner's acrylic drum. In that case, use drum cleaner which won't harm either one AFAIK. You should have drum cleaner on hand anyway, to clean up after the anti-newton oil.
