No Knights Templar but the CIA is heavily involved in View Camera and Steve Simmons is an android and the alter ego of Arnold Schwartzenegger and Peggy Lee. That is why you never see him lifting weights or singing in concert... (he doesn't want anyone to know.)

Buy the magazine, it is worth the price. Every few issues you will find something worth the years subscription. You can do a type hunt if you want though he has gotten a lot better about that lately. Sandy King has some good articles and I bet will have more.

After the Foto 3 conference is over the gloves will come off and we will watch the fireworks. It would be nice to be able to go just to have the hands on visit so reading all the 'in the know' folks postings afterwards would be even more interesting.

I buy the magazine. Would go to the conference if I could. I enjoy Steves mag and his promotion of LF work in general. Just because he is difficult to get along with at times doesn't keep me from getting something positive out of his efforts.

But, I do reserve the right to change my opinion if the Knights Templar and CIA merge.

Guess I can't belong in an organization sooooo secret I have never heard of it

Anyway, we just finished the Victor Large Format workshop portion of foto3. It went very well. Victor is a great place to shoot any format.

If you are doing the Gordon Hutchings printing workshop Thursday meet in the lobby of the Hilton in Ft. Collins (425 W Prospect) no later than 8:30am. You will take a 10 minute walk to the CSU darkroom.

If you are doing the ranch photo workshop tomorrow, (Wed) meet at

at 8:30 and be ready to shoot.

If you are doing the Env. Figure Study workshop Wed and Thursday meet in the hotel lobby at 8:30 and be ready to go.

If you are coming to the conference but have not yet registered just come to the hotel Thursday afternoon from 3-7 or Friday anytime after 9am to register. We are out of the office either here in Co or in transit.

Better watch your backside Steve. Someone here or on APUG will secretely enroll you in the FLDS group, have you assigned 22 wives and 86 children and you will become so tired from the ordeal you will never again have time to think of a camera, much less photograph.

Now the Mormons and CIA are hand in hand, so the Knights Templar might not be so far fetched. But, Indiana Jones and the mystical Deardorff V8 group has your backside.
