My name is chris i live in tampa florida.. really enjoy the photography an stuff... Just started in to it the last few months... bought a canon powershot s5IS i like it but looking for something more advanced.. In the market for a canon rebel XTI... always looking to learn new stuff i am young im only 19 but to me age is just a number.. im always looking for someone to shoot with or to learn from someone more experienced.. or anyone who can show me anything...Thanks
Welcome Chris, I'm glad you found something you like. However, keep in mind this forum is for Large Format photography.
Not trying to chase you, as you may be interested in large format cameras, but APUG.org has a broader focus in analog/film.
Photo.net also has both film and digital forums to participate on...
And a LF forum as well.

Hi Chris - Welcome. I lived in Tampa for most of my life until moving to Bend a couple years ago. There used to be a very active LF "club" in Tampa. We met once a month, took field trips, hosted workshops, etc. At our peak we had about 20 active members. Unfortunately many of them switched to digital and it eventually died for lack of interest. But it lasted for about 8 or 9 years. If you shop at North Tampa Photography say hello to Craig and Ron for me if they're still working there.
