Help with info on this old Protar lens

I found an old Bausch and Lomb lens on Ebay, and need help determining what the focal length may be. Any of the lens experts know the focal length for a lens listed as:

Zeiss Anastigmat Series II A 14x17
"Bausch and Lomb Optical Co."

I'm going to guess 19 3/16" if it is an f6.3

I think this is an f8 aperture lens, according to some old posts--there is no aperture listed on the lens.

The Zeiss anastigmat Serie II A was an f:8, 5 elements in 2 groups, with a stated coverage of 75 degrees. It was made in focal lengths from 110mm to 433mm - although these are Zeiss Jena numbers, not B&L.
