Is New Tri-X same as old Tri-X?

I'm not familiar with Kodak products so much, but does new Tri-x has the "look" of the old Tri-X?

I'd say they are the same. My newer prints don't look different, and my changeover from 'old' to 'new' versions was simple- no changes in exposure or development were required. I'm sure other people's experience might differ.
