    Re: post your trees!

I've long admired this view from the side porch of my parents' house in the Adirondacks. I'm not sure why it took me so long to take a picture of it. I love seeing the pine trees with snow on their branches, but my mother always feels sorry for them, thinking that they must get terribly tired holding up all that snow.

An inevitable comparison between the 7.25" verito and the 9" hyperion. (because I like to carry two lengths of soft focus).

Same camera/film/hyperion lens, different part of the woods.

    Re: post your trees!

We had an unusual bout of spring-like weather here in Syracuse a couple of weeks ago, giving me an opportunity to take my first hike with the KMV. This tree rather caught my eye, at the top of a drumlin overlooking the city. I didn't ask much of the negative, and it delivered.
