Beautiful! I love the echo of the distant tree trunk at the center.

As for Bryan's question: the shooting itself was rather elaborate: I used a screw-in graduated ND filter, plus one Lee graduated filter and a B&W red filter. The exposure was 2 seconds at f/22.

I used stand development in X-Tol diluted 1+5, and using this dilution I further diluted it with Rodinal 1+300. Prewet at 18 deg. Celsius was 10 minutes, without agitation: the development was 40 minutes at 18 deg. Celsius. Agitated just once, for 10 seconds after 20 minutes. After development I used two-step stop bath at 18 deg. C, first step for 3 minutes, and the second for 6 minutes. Fixed in Ilford's Rapid fixer for 10 minutes, folowed by wash in cold running water (12-14 deg. C) for 45 minutes, and finally 3 minutes in Photo-flo. Dried overnight in dust-free area.
Thanks for the details. I'm surprised re: your GND setup. Anyway, nice photo!

Tree shadow of my favorite wild pear.

My camera and I are hiding our shadow inside the trunk. 120mm Super Angulon on some Tri-X after they ruined it. Never printed on silver. This is a little platinum contact.
